I did not intent to buy this item, but accidentally bought it while buying the item I intended. I immediately asked for a refund, not 3 minutes after purchasing. They conveniently waited to respond until after they mailed both items and then said they don’t take cancellations. Had I messaged them a few days later I could understand. Had they messaged me within 24 hours of my message regrettably telling me I could not cancel I would even have understood. It took them almost two weeks to respond to my initial request- and only after they mailed the items. It was shady and unprofessional.
